Payment Policy
Flexible – 14 days Valid for the Season Period
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
In case of No show there is 100% cancelation fee

- Check Out time: 11:00
Pre-authorization Preferences
- I pre-authorize guests’ credit cards before arrival for all policy types.
- I hold First night on guests’ credit cards.
- I pre-authorize guests’ credit cards 14 days prior the arrival date.
